Pacific / Our Process
From your first call to the final inspection — every step is clear, professional, and built around your schedule.
The process at a glance
Every project starts with a conversation. We visit your space, understand your goals, assess the surfaces, and give you a clear picture of what's possible — with honest timelines and transparent pricing.
Bodaq® architectural film comes in over 450 finishes — wood, stone, concrete, metal, fabric, and more. We bring physical samples to your space so you can see exactly how each finish looks under your lighting conditions before committing.
Before any film is cut, we take precise measurements of every surface — accounting for edges, corners, outlets, hardware, and any complex geometry. Materials are prepared and pre-cut at our facility so installation is clean, fast, and dust-free on-site.
Our certified installers apply Bodaq® film with the same precision we bring to every project — every seam flush, every corner tight, every edge invisible. We work evenings, weekends, and around your business hours. No dust. No odor. No disruption.
Before we close out any project, our team conducts a thorough walkthrough inspection — checking every panel, every seam, every edge under proper lighting conditions. If anything doesn't meet our standard, we fix it on the spot. Your sign-off is the only one that matters.
Every PACIFIC installation comes with a full 10-year Bodaq® manufacturer warranty covering delamination, bubbling, and material defects. We also provide care instructions and remain available for any questions or touch-ups after project completion.

Common Questions
How long does a typical project take from consultation to completion?
Most projects move from consultation to installation within 1–2 weeks. A hotel lobby refresh takes 1–2 days, an elevator cab 0.5–1 day, a restaurant 2–3 nights, and a full office 1 weekend. We give you an exact timeline before work begins.
Do I need to close my business during installation?
No. We schedule all work around your operating hours — evenings, weekends, or phased during off-peak times. Most of our clients in San Diego experience zero business interruption.
Is there any mess, dust, or odor during installation?
None. Architectural film installation requires no demolition, no sanding, no painting. The process is completely dry and clean — your space is ready to use immediately after we leave.
What surfaces can Bodaq® film be applied to?
Bodaq® film adheres to most flat and slightly curved surfaces — wood, MDF, metal, glass, laminate, and previously painted surfaces. We assess condition during consultation.
Can the film be removed later if we want to change the look?
Yes. One of the major advantages over painting or replacement is that it's removable without damaging the underlying surface — ideal for tenant improvements and seasonal updates.
Step one is free — a no-pressure consultation where we assess your space and walk you through the possibilities.
